Purpose of Role The responsibility for this role would be an Associate Sales Rep providing support to the Director of Collegiate, Team Sports as well as managing their own customers at all levels of the collegiate space. Your Impact * Manage a book of established collegiate account * Execute the Strategy to maintain and acquire new All School Partnerships * Identify and develop new opportunities and additional revenue streams within new and existing schools * Collaborate with cross functional partners within organization to ensure strategy is executed Qualifications * Bachelor's Degree * 1-2 Years Sales Experience - Entry Level Sales * Strong interpersonal skills, with effective communication methods. High Level skills w/Microsoft Office. * 30%-40% of time based on business and relationship needs Team Sports is the lifeblood of the company, and this role allows for the individual to begin on the UA Sales Track within Team Sports. They will also be instrumental in building out the group of the next great UA Salespeople. This individual must be a self-starter, be coachable, and be willing to be held accountable to high standards that envelop Team Sports. Workplace Location * Location: This individual must reside within commuting distance from our Baltimore office. * Work Schedule: This role follows a hybrid work schedule, requiring 3 days in-office per week through September 5, 2025. Beginning September 8, 2025, the in-office requirement will increase to 4 days per week. * Travel: 50% Relocation * No relocation provided Base Compensation $53,639.60 - $73,754.45 USD Most new hires fall within this range and have the opportunity to earn more over time. Initial placement within the salary range, however, is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills and experience for the position.
