Looking to combine your technical knowledge with customer-facing work? A client is seeking a Sales Engineer to provide both technical and sales support. This hybrid role is split evenly between solution design and customer interaction, contributing directly to revenue growth and customer satisfaction. Key Highlights: * Influence Technology : Develop and deliver tailored Voice, Video, and Data solutions for businesses. * Customer Engagement : Serve as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales cycle. * Flexible Work : Enjoy a mix of remote work and on-site client visits. * Career Growth : Stay current with technological advancements and expand your career. Responsibilities: 50% Sales Support & Solution Design: * Collaborate with Sales to create and present technical solutions. * Conduct product demonstrations and proof-of-concept sessions. * Assist with proposals, RFP responses, pricing, and contract management. * Maintain accurate data in CRM systems. 50% Engineering & Customer Support: * Support post-sales deployment and solution testing. * Provide continuous customer support to align technical solutions with business goals. * Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. * Maintain network configuration documentation. * Conduct training sessions for both customers and internal teams. Qualifications: Required: * 3+ years in a Sales Engineer or similar role. * 5+ years of experience in IP Network Administration. * Ability to travel weekly within the designated region. Preferred: * Cisco CCNA certification. * Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. * Experience with Salesforce or comparable CRM tools. Work Environment: * Hybrid model with remote work and regional travel (New Orleans, Lafayette, or Covington). * Must have reliable transportation for weekly client meetings.
