Key Responsibilities: * Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their unique needs and recommending tailored HVAC system solutions that align with their business objectives * Act as a trusted technical advisor, providing expert guidance on HVAC system specifications, design, and integration to ensure optimal performance and client satisfaction * Conduct comprehensive site assessments to accurately assess client requirements and propose customized HVAC solutions that meet both performance and budgetary goals * Develop and present detailed, technically accurate proposals and system designs to clients, effectively communicating complex technical information in a clear and understandable manner * Stay informed about industry trends, new technologies, and regulatory changes to offer cutting-edge solutions that keep clients competitive and compliant * Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth while maintaining a focus on building long-term client relationships and ensuring post-sale support * Represent the company at industry events, meetings, and conferences to expand business development opportunities and increase brand visibility BENEFITS: * Excellent benefit package including medical, dental, vision and prescription * Top-notch 401k with company match * Paid holidays * Generous PTO package starting day 1 * Parental leave * Gym reimbursement program * And more Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, or a related technical field; * Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HVAC sales, engineering, or a related field, with a solid understanding of commercial HVAC systems, design, and installation * Proven ability to establish and maintain professional relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and technical expertise * Demonstrated experience in preparing detailed proposals, cost estimates, and system specifications tailored to client needs * Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a strong attention to detail and the ability to develop customized solutions for clients * Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment Gardiner is committed to ensuring that our application process is accessible to all visitors.
