As an Insurance Producer, you will be responsible for identifying client needs, recommending appropriate coverage options, and maintaining strong client relationships. Duties and Responsibilities Snapshot : * Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the insurance products offered by our agency. * Identify and assess clients' insurance needs through consultations and risk assessments. * Provide clients with detailed information on available coverage options and assist them in selecting the best policies. * Prepare and present insurance quotes to clients, ensuring clarity and transparency. * Process new insurance applications, policy changes, and renewals in a timely manner. * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and addressing any inquiries or concerns. * Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and changes in insurance products. * Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating, and compliance requirements. * Prospect and generate new business through leads & referral sources. * Collaborate with team members to achieve agency goals and deliver exceptional service.
