Role Overview: As an Entry Level Sales Representative at Sunburst Solar, you will be responsible for: * Generating leads through various channels, including going door to door, networking, referrals, and cold outreach. * Conducting thorough consultations in person with potential clients to assess their energy needs and provide tailored solar solutions. * Presenting proposals and pricing options to clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have about our solar products. * Work closely with our senior sales team to learn best practices and improve sales techniques. * Maintain accurate records of sales activities and update customer information in our CRM system. Requirements: * No prior experience in sales is required; we provide comprehensive training to help you succeed in the role. * Strong negotiating, planning, and consultative sales skills. * Strong communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients. * Detail-oriented and has good time management skills to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
