It's Caliber is a full-service staffing firm with footprints in Los Angeles, Orange, and San Bernardino Counties. We are looking for a Sales Representative with a proven sales track record and strong relationship building skills in the staffing industry. Ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience selling staffing and recruitment services. Experience with the light industrial and administrative market is a plus! Sales Representative - Staffing Open Territory Monday-Friday, 40Hrs/Week Pay Scale: 24.00 - 30.00/HR + commissions Medical/Dental/Vision/401(k) benefits are provided once eligibility requirements are met.

Duties

include but are not limited to the following:

• Must be able to generate, self-source prospective leads
• Must be able to manage pipeline of prospects
• Must be able to track and report daily to management and sales lead.
• Must be comfortable with both inside and outside sales duties
• Must be able to develop longstanding relationships with potential clientele.
• Must be able to effectively communicate (with recruitment team, management, clients)

Requirements

:

• 3+ years industry experience. Experience with light industrial market staffing a plus.
• Prior experience with CRM software. COATS experience is a plus
• Proficient experience with MS Suite
