We believe in empowering our team to provide exceptional service, develop professionally, and contribute to the ongoing growth and success of our business. * Objectives * Build a strong understanding of Lawn Doctor's services and offerings. * Engage with leads to convert them into new customers. * Communicate with existing customers to offer additional services and maintain long-term relationships. * Meet and exceed performance goals in a results-driven environment. * Embrace opportunities for continuous learning and professional development. Requirements: * High school diploma or equivalent. * Proficient computer skills. * Previous experience in telephone-based sales or customer service. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to sit for long periods of time and work at a computer for extended hours. Desirable Skills (Not Required) * Familiarity with CRM software. * Experience in service industry sales. * Knowledge of lawn care, plant health, or pest control. * Previous experience in account management. Work Schedule * Full-time position, Monday through Friday. * Some Saturday work required during peak seasons (Spring & Fall). * Opportunities for overtime during busy periods. Compensation * Starting salary: $40,000 to $60,000 annually, based on experience. * Eligible for department incentives and an annual year-end bonus.
