Duties

- Conduct sales presentations and promote products or services to potential customers - Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business - Identify new leads and prospects through various channels, such as cold calling, networking, and referrals - Meet or exceed sales targets and goals on a regular basis - Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns - Collaborate with team members to develop sales strategies and achieve collective objectives - Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' products or services Skills - Fluent in Spanish and English, with the ability to effectively communicate in both languages - Proven experience in insurance sales or a related field is highly desirable - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers - Proficient in telemarketing techniques and strategies - Previous experience in retail sales is a plus - Excellent negotiation skills to close deals and secure favorable terms for both the company and the customer - Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets - Exceptional customer service skills to provide a positive experience for clients - Knowledge of benefits administration is beneficial but not required This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who is passionate about sales and customer service.
