Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated Insurance Agent to join our team. As an Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for selling insurance policies to new and existing clients. Your primary goal will be to provide excellent customer service while analyzing client needs and recommending appropriate coverage options. This is a sales-focused role that requires strong negotiation and communication skills. Duties: - Develop and maintain a client base through various sales strategies, including outside sales, telemarketing, and networking - Analyze clients' insurance needs and recommend suitable coverage options - Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and processing policy changes - Conduct policy reviews and recommend updates or additional coverage as needed - Collaborate with underwriters to negotiate terms and conditions for policies - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and changes in insurance products - Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis Experience: - Proven experience in sales, preferably in insurance or related industries - Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term client relationships - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to analyze information and make informed decisions - Proficient in using sales software applications and CRM systems - Multilingual abilities are a plus If you are a self-motivated individual with a passion for sales and customer service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
