Automotive Desk Manager Due to our growing business, we are seeking an experienced Desk Manager to join our Treasure Coast Toyota family. This is a full-time role focused on overseeing sales operations and enhancing customer service within a family- owned automotive business. The position emphasizes respect for all associates and offers opportunities for growth and advancement in a supportive environment. Responsibilities * Assist sales operations and manage the sales team. * Enhance customer service and ensure customer satisfaction. * Develop and implement sales strategies to meet targets. * Manage customer relationships. * Train and mentor staff to improve performance and service quality. Requirements * 4 years of experience in customer service or sales management. * Familiar with Reynolds DMS a plus * Proficient in customer relationship management (CRM) systems. (Eleads a plus) * Strong relationship management skills. * Excellent phone etiquette and telemarketing skills. * Valid Driver's License.
