Overview

: We are seeking a motivated Business Development Center Representative to join our team. As a key member of our service department, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and fostering strong customer relationships.

Duties

: - Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and set appointments - Utilize cold calling techniques to engage with prospects and promote our products/services - Collaborate with the service team to identify opportunities for business expansion - Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions in the CRM software - Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction - Assist in developing marketing strategies to target new markets and increase sales

Qualifications
