Key Responsibilities

:

• Meet with clients to design garments and take precise measurements
• Manage day-to-day operations of the new San Francisco showroom
• Achieve and exceed personal sales goals
• Provide expert style guidance and build long-term client relationships
• Collaborate with in-house tailors on alterations and client preferences
• Train and mentor additional sales associates as the team expands
• Coordinate client communication, follow-ups, and appointment scheduling What We 're Looking For:
• 4+ years experience in custom menswear
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Knowledge of garment construction, fit, and styling
• Entrepreneurial mindset and high level of ownership
• Excellent communication, organization, and time-management abilities
