Key Responsibilities: * Convert hot leads into appointments using our CRM. * Make high-volume outbound calls to promote our homes. * Tailor home recommendations to customer needs and overcome objections. * Exceed monthly sales goals by booking customer appointments. * Stay organized and motivated to achieve daily goals in a fast-paced environment. What We 're Looking For: * A driven, self-starting individual with creative sales strategies. * Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets. * Minimum of 1 year experience in telemarketing, call centers, or sales. * Ability to make 100+ calls per day and adapt to evolving scripts. * Punctuality and availability Monday-Friday, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm, Weekends 10AM - 4PM, (Rotating weekends, 5 day work week, 2 days off) * Willingness to work in our San Antonio office.
