Now Hiring: Insurance Customer Service Account Managers Bobby Branch Insurance is looking to train the next high quality team member for our expanding team. An Account Manager will work with customers to provide solutions for their auto, home, and life insurance needs. Account Managers may be promoted to Agency owners after 18 months. Requirements * Servicing customer service needs to their insurance policies * Answering in-bound calls * Advising customers on insurance coverages * Upselling * Customer relationship management and retention * Obtaining Google Reviews and Customer Feedback State Insurance License Requirement Account associates will be required to pass a Michigan Property and Casualty Exam as well as, a Life and Health Exam. The agency will pay for state licensing materials and up to two State Exams. Studying for the exam is done at home. Training * Account associates will complete paid training. Base Compensation * $25,000 - $35,000 based on experience. Base Compensation is Guaranteed * First year Account Associates earn between $40,000 and $65,000 with commissions and bonus Benefits: * Advancement to potentially become a State Farm Agent * Health Insurance Commission Structure * Commissions paid out on the sale of auto, home, renters, life insurance products. Average commissions are $200-$2,000 per month Bonus * Monthly and year end bonuses available Hours * 9am-5pm Monday through Friday.
