The Commercial Sales Specialist is an experienced and technical parts specialist who services the needs of our professional shop customers directly through phone sales. Job Responsibilities: * Work with shop owners/professional installers to develop sales relationships. * Take orders over the phone and online, invoice customer orders and ensure customers receive their orders in a consistent and timely manner. * Ensure customers' new returns and core returns are picked up and credited to the customers' account. * Assist with customer labor claims, making sure they are processed quickly and efficiently. * Assist on front counter as needed. * Work with Store Manager, Outside Sales Rep. to help resolve any/all customer issues. Qualifications: * Strong communication skills * Experienced technical and automotive parts background. * Accurate and attention to details. * Prefer ASE Certification, but not required.
