Overview

: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Associate to join our team. This role is designed for a dynamic individual who can perform in-depth financial analysis, identify cost improvement opportunities, forecast revenue and costs, and play a key role in business strategy and decision-making processes. The successful candidate will also contribute to analyzing profitability, assessing commercial contracts, and acting as a strategic partner for marketing initiatives and C-suite executive support. Key Responsibilities

:

• Financial Analysis & Cost Management:
• Perform detailed financial analysis to identify cost improvement areas by cost centers.
• Analyze trends in revenue, identifying key drivers and areas of opportunity for cost optimization.
• Help forecast revenue and costs, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
• Establish cost basis per unit, analyze commercial contracts for various customers, and assess profitability.
• Review pricing tiers and ensure alignment with cost basis per unit to maximize profitability.
• Commercial Contract Analysis:
• Assess customer contracts to determine the financial impact, ensuring pricing models and cost structures are aligned with company goals.
• Identify risks related to contracts and develop recommendations to mitigate financial exposure.
• Strategic Business Support:
• Serve as a key point of contact for business strategy initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with financial goals.
• Support project management efforts related to company-wide strategy, from planning to execution.
• Provide insights into revenue and cost forecasts, helping guide long-term business decisions.
• Marketing and Communications:
• Act as a liaison between the company and third party marketing firm to support marketing initiatives and track metrics.
• Provide financial analysis to help assess marketing budgets and ROI.
• Executive Support:
• Assist the C-suite executives with the preparation of board presentation materials and business review slides.
• Prepare data-driven insights for strategic discussions, helping leadership understand financial trends, performance, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

:

• Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA or CFA is a plus).
• Experience:
• 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, business strategy, or related fields.
• Experience with financial forecasting, cost analysis, and profitability assessments.
• Familiarity with commercial contract analysis and pricing strategies.
• Previous experience in project management and working with senior leadership teams is preferred.
• Skills:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends and actionable insights.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (advanced), with experience in financial modeling and data analysis.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
• Experience with financial reporting tools and ERP systems is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
