Title Company Sales Representative (Residential & Commercial) Location: Mid-Atlantic Region (MD, VA, DC) Job Type: Full-Time A leading national title company is seeking experienced and motivated sales professionals to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for former Realtors, loan officers , or anyone with a strong background in residential and commercial real estate sales.

About the Role

As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in expanding our market presence throughout the Mid-Atlantic region (Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, D.C.). Your focus will be on maintaining existing client relationships while generating new business opportunities. You'll also represent our brand at industry events, networking functions, and client gatherings.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with real estate professionals, attorneys, lenders, and other key industry contacts
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Attend and host client events, trade shows, and networking meetings
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client needs and inquiries
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery

Qualifications

:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in residential and/or commercial real estate
• Strong network of industry contacts in the Mid-Atlantic region is a plus
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-starter with a proactive and outgoing approach
• Willingness to travel locally and entertain clients during evenings as needed
• Reliable transportation required
