Essential Duties * YOU MUST BE COACHABLE AND WILLING to utilizing our sales process to become successful. * Make outbound sales calls to customers while offering great products and customer service (making at least 50 calls per day). * Sell consultatively, detailing products, determine customer needs and requirements, and make recommendations to both prospects and customers of the various solutions. * Work in conjunction with sales management team providing proposals and implementing sales strategies to achieve sales growth. * Performs other duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills and General Abilities: * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. * Ability to comfortably and professionally read out loud * Results oriented, driven self-starter * Customer service experience is a plus. * Previous sales experience is a plus * Knowledge of the internet, Microsoft Office products desired * Enjoy working in a team environment.
