Now Hiring: Insurance Customer Service Account Managers State Farm is looking to train the next high quality team member for our expanding team. We will train the right person. An Account Manager will work with customers to provide solutions for their auto, home, and life insurance needs. This position does have sales goals and quotas for selling auto, home, and life insurance. Requirements * Servicing customer service needs to their insurance policies * Answering in-bound calls * Advising customers on insurance coverages * Upselling * Customer relationship management and retention * Obtaining Google Reviews and Customer Feedback State Insurance License Requirement Account associates will be required to pass a Michigan Property and Casualty Exam. Prospect will pay for licensing costs out of pocket and can be REIMBURSED. Reimbursement will occur if exam is passed within 3 attempts. * Cost of licensing ranges from $125- $350 depending on packages purchased. Training * Account associates will complete paid training. Base Compensation * $30,000-$45,000 based on experience. Base Compensation is Guaranteed * First year Account Associates earn between $40,000 and $65,000 with commissions and bonus * Income is unapped Benefits: * Advancement to potentially become a State Farm Agent * PTO Commission Structure * Commissions paid out on the sale of auto, home, renters, life insurance products. Average commissions are $500-$2,000 per month * Commissions are uncapped Bonus * Monthly and year end bonuses available Hours * 9am-5pm Monday through Friday.
