As a Sales Manager with Villa Rotonda, you are the face of our community! Your goal is to provide everyone who calls or visits the community with an amazing experience, making them excited about the possibility of their new home and community they live in. You are passionate about driving sales and can do it with a Luxury one of a kind product! Your Responsibilities * You're a people person! Building relationships and increase Client retention. * You're passionate about Santa Rosa and the Fountian Grove Community * You are an organized professional able to balance multiple clients with different wants and needs. * Educate and overcome objections using fact finding techniques to really get to know potential clients over the phone, via a virtual tour or in person! * You're an innovative problem solver! Making your guests' day is your priority and you're able to proactively resolve guest concerns while sticking to company policy. * You've got integrity! You do the right thing, and you always adhere to policies & procedures.
