Requirements Proven success in sales or a similar role. Strong verbal and written communication skills to connect with clients and explain complex concepts clearly. A commitment to understanding and meeting clients' needs with a professional and personable approach. A driven, goal-oriented attitude with the ability to work independently and proactively manage tasks. Current Property and Casualty (P&C) and/or Life and Health insurance licenses, or the ability to obtain them within a specified time.
