Job Description

$16 hourly + productivity bonus As a BDC Service Representative, you're one of the most important team members at Downey Nissan. The Service Coordinator handles inbound service reservation calls, confirms service reservations, performs outbound follow-up calls for due, or overdue service clients. We're looking for a team player with an outgoing, customer-service approach to daily responsibilities. This is a great entry point for a career with us.

Responsibilities

:

• Promptly and professionally answer inbound calls with the goal of providing an exceptional client experience resulting in a scheduled reservation with our service team.
• Follow all training materials including inbound service call scripts (word tracks) in order to accurately answer all guest's questions.
• Keep current with service campaigns
• The ability to work flexible hours, to possibly include Saturdays. Monday through Friday: 8:00am - 5:00pm / Saturday: 8:00am - 5:00pm
• Being punctual to work and returning on time from lunch and breaks
• Assistant rental department with rental reservations and contracts

Requirements

:

• Full-time availability. You'll also need to be at least 18 years old
• A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Strong communication skills with both Downey Nissan staff and guests
• A professional appearance and work ethic
• Excellent organizational and follow up skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
