Here is what you will be doing: * Manage daily operations across sales, service, and parts departments, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and adherence to industry standards. * Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets for new and used powersports * Recruit, train, and motivate a team of professionals, including sales staff, service technicians, and administrative personnel, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence * Ensure exceptional customer service, addressing escalated issues and maintaining high satisfaction ratings * Oversee inventory management, negotiating to secure competitive pricing and product availability suited to seasonal demands * Monitor budgets, analyze financial reports, and implement cost-control measures to maximize dealership profitability Here is what you need: * Proven experience in a managerial role within a powersports dealership. * Familiarity with powersports repair processes. * Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team. * Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks. * Exceptional communication skills for effective interaction with customers and staff alike. * High School Diploma/GED is required * Successfully complete MVR, background check, and pre-employment drug test. * Valid driver's license Job Type: Full-time Pay: $80,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Employee assistance program * Employee discount * Health insurance * Paid time off * Professional development assistance * Referral program * Vision insurance Supplemental Pay: * Bonus opportunities * Commission pay Application Question(s): * Do you have at least 1 year of experience running a Powersports Store/Dealership?
