This person will have a minimum of 3 years' experience with a proven track records in sales within the automobile industry, extensive knowledge in the retail vehicle market, strong management background and excellent customer service skills. Responsibilities

:

• Work directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships and help bridge disconnects in the sales process
• Build rapport with customers to build a base of referrals to establish customer network
• Provide training and support to the sales staff and assist in closing sales
• Help manage all other aspects of the department
• Purchase vehicles for the inventory from auction and off-lease returns
• Be ethical and transparent in leading operations
• Create a positive and legally compliant working environment and sales culture

Qualifications

:

• Possess more than three years of automotive sales management experience, preferred
• Demonstrated ability to manage others
• Time management skills
• Strong Computer and Phone Skills (Internet, MS, Outlook, CRM)
• Knowledge of automotive systems like eLeads, V-auto, UCS, Dealer Track and other automotive technology systems.
• Provide excellent leadership and communication skills Job Types: Full-time, Commission
