PBA Health, a growing company in the pharmaceutical industry in Kansas City, Missouri is expanding our Inside Sales Department and currently looking for qualified Business Improvement Specialists. This position offers a competitive base salary plus uncapped monthly commission. Estimated first year earnings between $50,000-$60,000 (uncapped). Inside Sales Representative (Entry Level) Job Duties/Responsibilities: * Exceeds established daily and monthly goals for phone time, call count and revenue * Places outbound phone calls to promote and sell products * Establishes and maintains relationships with future and current clients * Remains up to date on company products, marketplace relationships, and competitive strength * Maintains the contact database * Responds promptly and effectively throughout all aspects of communication Education/Experience: * Pharmacy Technician Experience is a HUGE PLUS! * Some college preferred but not required * B2B sales experience preferred but not required (ON-SITE TRAINING AVAILABLE) * Proficiency using Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook Skills: * Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills * Maintains a good work ethic * Ability to work both independently and as part of a team * Self-motivated and will thrive in a sell more - earn more environment * Ability to quickly recover from rejections with a positive attitude * Desire to help people solve problems and developing relationships * A self-starter who is assertive and organized to use their time effectively * Demonstrates strong attention to detail and excellent listening skills while multi-tasking In addition to a wide variety of company events, we offer competitive wages with benefits including medical/dental/vision/401(k)/LTD/STD/EAP/Life.
