Job Overview Napleton on Hwy 151 is a fast-growing, multi-rooftop, customer-focused auto group known for promoting a positive and growth-focused employee culture while providing an exceptional customer service and sales-oriented environment. We're looking for a dynamic, proactive, and highly motivated Automotive Sales Manager to lead our high-performing team, drive sales, and ensure a world-class buying experience for every customer. Duties * Greet customers warmly and assist them in identifying their vehicle needs. * Coordinate thorough presentations of vehicles, highlighting features and benefits. * Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities. * Maintain knowledge of current inventory, market trends, and competitor offerings. * Manage the sales process of your sales team from initial contact through to closing the sale. * Provide exceptional customer service to ensure repeat business and referrals. * Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly targets and goals. * Handle paperwork related to vehicle sales, including contracts and financing options. * Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills. Qualifications * Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales; automotive industry experience is a requirement. * Strong selling skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. * Excellent leadership abilities with the confidence to present information and motivate effectively. * Multilingual candidates are highly desirable to cater to a diverse customer base. * Familiarity with inventory control processes and basic sales management principles. * Ability to conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities. * Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers quickly. * Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving results. * Valid driver's license is required.
