The Role: We're looking for a driven Sales & Operations Manager to lead private dining and catering sales while supporting daily restaurant operations. This hybrid role is perfect for someone who thrives in both sales strategy and hospitality leadership. What You 'll Do: * Sell and coordinate private events, group dining, and off-site catering * Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and local outreach * Build and manage a sales pipeline to drive revenue * Collaborate with the management team to execute seamless guest experiences * Step in as needed to lead service, oversee inventory, and support staff development What We 're Looking For: * 3-5 years in private dining or catering sales (restaurant experience required) * 2+ years of restaurant operations or FOH management experience * Strong communication and sales skills * Experience in cold calling and lead generation * Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays Perks & Benefits: * Competitive base salary + uncapped commission * Monthly $100 dining credit + employee discounts * Health, dental, and vision insurance * 401(k) with 4% company match * Paid vacation and sick time * Career growth - 2 new restaurant openings this year!
