We are currently seeking a Home Health and Hospice Sales Professional who is dedicated to making a significant difference in the lives of our clients, their families, and the communities we support, enhancing their quality of living through outstanding customer service and care. Responsibilities * Develop and implement strategies to promote AdvisaCare's home health and hospice services. * Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, hospitals, and community organizations. * Conduct presentations and educational sessions to raise awareness of home health and hospice options. * Assess and identify the needs of potential clients and their families in the home health and hospice sectors. * Coordinate with administrative/clinical staff to ensure smooth transitions of care for patients. * Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. * Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process. Requirements * Proven experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare or home health industry. * Strong understanding of home health and hospice services, regulations, and best practices. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and healthcare professionals. * Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing client needs and documentation. * Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform sales strategies. * Commitment to providing compassionate and quality care to clients and their families.
