Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Inside Sales Representative to drive our sales efforts and contribute to our expansion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in vehicle service contract sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building relationships. In this role, you will manage inbound sales inquiries, present our service offerings, and close sales without the need for outbound calling or aggressive tactics. Key Responsibilities: * Customer Engagement: Handle incoming sales inquiries and provide detailed information about our vehicle service contracts. * Consultative Selling: Use your expertise to understand customer needs, offer tailored solutions, and clearly communicate the benefits of our products. * Sales Management: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions using our CRM system. * Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets. * Product Presentation: Conduct effective product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers. Qualifications: * Minimum of 1 year of sales experience in vehicle service contracts (VSC). * Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor. * CRM Proficiency: Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office. * Customer Focus: Proven ability to deliver client-focused solutions and build strong customer relationships. * Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and stay motivated without direct supervision.
