TADICH SALES RECRUITERS is a nationwide recruiting firm located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. We are currently recruiting for a Sales Manager for a top electrical supply company based out of the Nashville area. Job

Responsibilities

• Design and Implement programs to maximize net profit and return sales.
• Oversee preparation of large branch budget, and monitor actual performances to ensure branch activities objective.
• Develop and maintain business relationships with current and potential customers and suppliers.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to ensure long-term market share profitability growth.
• Will supervise 4 branches ( Nashville, Knoxville, Chattanooga and Clarksville}
• Will be based out of Nashville, TN office.
• 25% overnight travel.
• Will work with the sales reps. in the branches and be involved in the sales process.
• Developing business plans that support the commdata market within the assigned territory; work with appropriate sales personnel to develop tactical plans to implement the district plan.
• Product lines includes; electrical fiber optic cable, lighting & power products & metal conduit & wiring products, voice products, belden solutions and data comm tools. Job

Requirements

• Must have commdata , low voltage, security audio visual or related electrical sales + mgt experience.
• Commdata, IT or contractor experience.
• Electrical or commdata distribution background.
• Commdata supplier / OEM experience.
• Distribution sales is preferred We Offer
• 100k- 140k base + overrides + co car+ exp +bonus+ benefits=180k Job Type: Full-time Pay: $100,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
