The team at The Robert Taylor Group is looking for a detailed and dedicated individual to help support us in delivering exceptional service to our large and growing client base. This is a fantastic opportunity for a person with worksite or other insurance sales experience wanting to transition to a W-2 office role to help support our sales team. Key responsibilities in assisting our sales team * Help prepare and maintain our online enrollment platforms (currently Employee Navigator). * Coordinate our benefit counselors that go onsite and enroll both our new and existing accounts. Monitor as needed throughout the year to insure new hires are scheduled for an onsite visit. * Work to help market and provide support online in various ways including but not limited to maintaining social media, running online surveys, and maintaining monthly newsletters. * Utilizing our online quoting system to assist in the development and review of product quotes for group and ancillary benefits. * Working with others in the office to help prepare enrollment materials including benefit books and other necessary documents * Working with various insurance carriers to request information and process questions. Key responsibilities in assisting our clients * Provide exceptional client support via phone and email * Monitor and track claims and other client inquires to a successful conclusion Requirements * Must have demonstrated knowledge and experience of insurance products including but not limited to group and individual health and ancillary/voluntary benefits. Current or past NC Life, Accident and Health license a plus. * Must be detailed and organized. * Must have computer experience dealing in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint as well as CRM systems that track and monitor other metrics. * Must demonstrate a history of being able to prioritize and multitask Why join us?
