Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and a proven track record in driving results. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to enhance their experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication.
• Conduct door-to-door sales presentations to promote our products and services.
• Utilize our software to track sales activities, manage customer accounts, and report on performance metrics.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with the marketing team to identify potential leads and develop strategies for outreach.
• Achieve required metric goals

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in energy sales or outside sales environments.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence others.
• Proficiency in using software tools for managing customer interactions.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
• Technical sales experience is advantageous but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple accounts.

Requirements

• Reliable transportation
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Must be 18+
• Must have a working cell phone
• Must be comfortable to work outside in all weather conditions
• Ability to work the hours required If you have Solar experience:
• At least 2 years in-home Solar Sales Experience
• At least 50 career Solar installs
• Ability to generate your own leads
• If metrics are achieved you will receive company leads If you do not have in-home Solar experience:
• We will help you fast-track into becoming an in-home Solar Specialist within 120 days(specific metrics required)
• You will get comprehensive in-field Solar training
• You will assist experienced in-home Solar Sales Representatives to generate leads while learning on the job
