Position: Business Development Manager Location: Indianapolis, IN * Customer Engagement * Customer Loyalty * Retention * Motivation About the Company: A fantastic opportunity to join a leading global company specializing in providing engagement solutions for Fortune 500 businesses. Job Requirements: * Must have a stable career history - no more than 3 jobs in the past 10 years. * This is a hybrid role but requires a minimum of 3 days per week in the office. * Applicants must live within a commutable distance to Indianapolis, IN. Responsibilities: * The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying potential accounts, developing an account entry strategy, conducting prospecting campaigns, building relationships, and gaining a deep understanding of the customer's critical business strategies. This individual will then collaborate with a team of subject matter experts to create and execute solutions that align with the customer's objectives. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. * Minimum of 10 years of direct B2B sales experience, targeting Fortune 1000 companies. * Demonstrated success in new business development, specifically within the professional services industry. * Proven track record of closing large-volume sales ($250k+) per transaction. * Experience managing sales cycles ranging from three to six to twelve months. * A history of career stability, including a maximum of three jobs in the last ten years. * Earnings derived through highly leveraged commissions and bonuses. * Demonstrated ability to generate leads and increase revenue. Compensation Opportunity: The compensation package is uncapped and based on individual performance. We offer a base salary of $135K per year, plus commission and a bonus tied to fiscal year revenue production and profitability.
