Gregory Auto Group is seeking a Sales Manager with a strong F&I background to lead our team and drive dealership performance.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Sales Leadership: Oversee the daily operations of the sales department, ensuring a seamless and premium buying experience for customers.
• Team Management: Recruit, train, and motivate the sales team to exceed performance goals and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Finance & Deal Structuring: Work closely with the finance department to structure deals effectively, maximizing profitability while maintaining compliance.
• Inventory Management: Utilize vAuto to manage new and pre-owned vehicle inventory, ensuring proper pricing and stock levels.
• CRM & Process Management: Leverage VinSolutions to optimize lead follow-up, customer engagement, and sales process efficiency.
• Dealership Operations: Utilize Dealertrack for deal processing and finance approvals, ensuring a smooth workflow.
• Customer Experience: Foster a top notch buying experience through high-touch customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.

Qualifications

:

• Finance experience in structuring deals and working with lenders.
• Proficiency in VinSolutions, Dealertrack, and vAuto is a must.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of developing successful sales teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
