First Team Toyota is looking for that unique, outgoing person to become our VEHICLE UPGRADE SPECIALIST!! You will engage our Service Customers and explore the possibilities of upgrading them to a newer model vehicle. UNIQUE PAY PLANS - SALARY PLUS BONUS! PAID TRAINING!! Responsibilities

(include but are not limited to):

• Ability to hold yourself accountable and achieve goals with limited direct supervision.
• An impressive work-ethic.

• Self-motivated and ability to work in a Team Environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, including strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• Working knowledge of computers. CDK and eLead CRM a plus!
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the Company's Values in all interactions with Customers, Co-Workers and Vendors!
• Previous sales experience a plus!

Requirements

• Possess a clean motor vehicle report with an acceptable safe driving record.
