Industry: Diamond & Jewelry manufacturing (B2B) Pay Structure: Guaranteed Daily Minimum or Commission (Whichever is higher) Commission Structure : Staggered * NO COMMISSION CAP * Calculated & Paid Bi-Weekly * $40,001 (Biweekly) = 6.0% of revenue * $20,001-40,000 (Biweekly) = 4.0% of revenue * $0-20,000 (Biweekly) = 3.0% of revenue Product : Diamonds & Jewelry Responsibilities : Sales & Promotions * Daily Cold Calls & Emails * Winning clients from a list of prepared leads & handing them off to Account Managers * Re-engagement Qualifications : Previous sales & cold calling experience Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract Pay: $16.50 - $20.00 per hour Compensation Package: * Commission pay * Daily bonus * Performance bonus * Uncapped commission Schedule: * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Ability to Commute: * Los Angeles, CA 90013 (Required) Work Location: In person
