Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads to support our sales efforts in the roofing sector. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a solid understanding of the market, and experience with technical phone sales. Your ability to effectively engage with prospects and utilize tools such as phone dialer will be crucial in driving our business forward. Responsibilities * Conduct research to identify potential leads within the roofing market. * Utilize our data portal and other CRM tools to manage and track lead information. * Engage in telemarketing activities to reach out to potential clients and generate interest in a roof inspection. * Communicate effectively with prospects to understand their needs and qualify them as viable leads. * Collaborate with the sales management team to develop strategies for converting leads into customers. * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor offerings. * Provide feedback on lead quality and suggest improvements for lead generation processes. Experience * Proven experience in lead generation or telemarketing apt setting, preferably within the home improvement sector. * Familiarity with Data portals or similar CRM software is highly desirable. * Strong telemarketing skills with a focus on building rapport and trust with potential clients. * Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. * Ability to understand technical sales concepts and effectively convey them to prospects. * A proactive approach to identifying opportunities and overcoming challenges in the lead generation process.
