Life & Health Insurance Agent Start Dates Available: 6/2/2025 Location: Lincoln, RI Compensation: $50,000 base salary plus commission. Increase to $55,000 base once matured through our training program after 90 days. Schedule: Monday- Friday, 8:15 AM-5:30 PM (Weekends/ Major holidays off) We are looking for motivated, self-driven and sales-oriented people, that are interested in being a part of a growing team. In your role as a Medicare Insurance Advisor we will help you build a book of business in the Medicare industry by educating and assisting people that are turning 65. As a Medicare advisor you will be to help the prospects that attend our workshops make an educated decision on their healthcare and facilitate the enrollment for the prospect. We will provide the tools, training and processes for you to be able to succeed. Our training program is completely hands-on with upper management to ensure success. This position is salary plus commissions and there is no cap on your earnings. You will be compensated based on your performance. There is also a residual income component that is allows you to receive continuous compensation based on your "book of business" years and years after the initial sale. So as your book of business grows, your income grows with it. We provide: * Free leads from interested people that are turning 65 and need to make a decision * Turn key system that will put 15-25 qualified sales appointments on your calendar each week * All training, software, licensing and certification costs * Opportunities for Advancement and Management * Our agents have an equity in the business they write (residual yearly earnings) * Our agents average $60,000-$75,000 in their first year * Our agents average $80,000+ in their second year * Our agents average $90,000-$150,000 in their third year * Unlimited Earning Potential * Monday through Friday work schedule * This position requires all employees work on-site at our office in Lincoln, RI WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT IN THE MEDICARE INSURANCE ADVISOR POSITION: * You'll be in a position that advocates for the clients you work with so it is vital to conduct a needs analysis for each individual that you assist. * It is expected that you educate yourself on life and health insurance so that you can better educate your clients on the various insurance options available to them, including Medicare, and ancillary products. * You will be an expert in all things life and health and will advise clients on the best insurance options for their individual needs and budget. * You will maintain accurate records of client interactions and their specific policy details. * This position requires a person with excellent communication skills to include in person and on the phone. * Our clients depend on us to be knowledgeable and organized, therefore to excel you must have strong organizational and time management skills. * Our organization thrives on its culture so being a team player is imperative to our mission. * We are professionals and we expect all of our candidates to be professionals as well, so a high degree of professionalism and ethical standards is expected. WHAT TO EXPECT AS NEW EMPLOYEE AT MEDICARE JOE * New employees MUST learn and understand the Basics of Original Medicare, Medicare Advantage, and Medicare Supplement. * When getting your footing in this position, you will be fronting client calls to better learn the sales process. You will be required to set appointments OR transfers. * Once you have completed training and are ready to sell, we require that you make 100 outbound calls per day OR have 4+ hours of talk time. * We hold our advisors to a high standard but we also want to ensure goals are attainable, so in your first stages as a new hire we require you to hit trainee target revenue goals within 90 days. The pay structure for this position is Salary Plus Commission * Starting Salary pay : $50,000 + Commission * Bonus Commission Pay * Residual Income Pay (based on their book of clients each year) * Paid Company Training and Licensing. * Paid vacation time (2 weeks; after 3 months employment). * Advancement opportunities. We are licensed in all 50 states and guide seniors to the health plan that is suitable to their specific needs. We're looking for Sales Agents to be added to our team. Our goal is to find people that are detail-oriented, trainable, motivated individuals who have great work ethic. They will take inbound calls from prospects as well as make outbound calls to potential prospects and educate and help them understand their Medicare decisions. The tasks of a Sales Agent will include engaging with potential clients over the phone and assisting them with the process of getting onto Medicare. The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision. They will be self-motivated and trustworthy. The goal for the Sales Agent is to maximize their conversation with prospects and begin to build their own client book of business while using all of the resources that are provided by our company.
