Duties and Responsibilities: * Greet customers and assist them with their vehicle needs * Answer phone calls, emails, and walk-in customers * Provide outstanding customer service to customers in a timely manner * Follow-up with customers to ensure they are satisfied with their experience * Stay up to date on the latest vehicle models, pricing, and features * Maintain a clean and organized work area * Perform other duties as assigned by management, or supervisor Experience and Skills: * Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but not required. * Previous experience in a dealership environment is preferred, but not required. * Must be authorized to work in the United States. * Must be able to pass a background check. * Must have a valid drivers license and a clean driving record.
