Join Our Team as a Solar Sales Agent: Hybrid Role (In-Store & Door-to- Door) Are you a motivated, outgoing individual looking for a high-earning opportunity in the booming renewable energy industry? What You'll Do: In-Store Responsibilities: * Engage with customers in-store (Aspen Hill, MD) to educate them about solar energy and its benefits. * Set appointments for free solar consultations for homeowners interested in reducing their energy bills. * Build relationships and maintain a positive, professional presence inside the store. Door-to-Door Responsibilities: * Knock on doors and introduce homeowners to the savings potential of solar energy. * Schedule consultations for interested homeowners and become a key part of helping them transition to solar. * Control your own schedule--whether you're out in the field or in the store, you decide when and where you work! What We 're Looking For: * Excellent communication skills : You're comfortable interacting with a variety of people in different settings (in-store and door-to-door). * Self-motivation and energy : Whether you're standing in a store or walking through neighborhoods, you bring an energetic, driven personality to the table. * Sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required--we'll train you to be a solar sales pro! * Willingness to work in both settings : You'll have the opportunity to engage with customers in-person at the store and out in the community.
