Membership Advisor - Part-Time (3-4 Days a Week, Weekends Required) We're looking for a Membership Advisor to join our team and help grow our community. At Krav Maga Experts , we teach real-world self-defense and fight training that empowers people to be safer, stronger, and more confident. What You 'll Do:

• Connect with potential and current members, understanding their goals and guiding them through the membership process.
• Manage sign-ups, scheduling, and member support.
• Keep track of communications via emails, chats, and logs.
• Ensure the studio maintains high standards of cleanliness and organization.
• Work collaboratively with our team to foster a welcoming and motivating environment. What We 're Looking For:
• Strong sales or customer service experience.
• Excellent communication, organization, and people skills.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Interest in martial arts, fitness, or studio management is a plus. Position Details:
• Part-time: 3 days a week (weekends required).
• Locations : Upper west side / Park slope Brooklyn.

Compensation

: Base salary + performance-based commissions.
