Position Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Automotive Sales Manager, or Finance Manager to assist in the management of our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive sales, a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. As Floor Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the sales department, coaching the sales team, driving business growth, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: * The ideal candidate would be able to manage a sales team, appraise vehicles, desk deals, and also back up our finance department when needed. Aspirations to become General Sales Manager or Business Manager is ideal * Lead, train, and motivate the automotive sales team to meet and exceed dealership goals. * Monitor sales performance, track KPIs, and provide regular performance reports to upper management. * Maintain an in-depth knowledge of inventory and financing options * Assist in desking and managing gross profit margins. * Ensure compliance with all dealership policies and local, state, and federal regulations. * Manage CRM and lead generation systems to maximize efficiency and follow-up efforts. Qualifications: * Minimum 3-5 years of experience in automotive sales, sales management, or F &I with at least 1-2 years in a leadership role. * Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing high-performance teams. * Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. * Proficient with dealership management systems (DMS), CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite. * Knowledge of financing and leasing procedures.
