As a Salesperson, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through both direct and outside sales efforts, while analyzing market trends to identify new opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct door-to-door approach to generate leads and establish new customer relationships.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to tailor sales strategies effectively.
• Engage in outside sales activities, meeting clients in their locations to present products and services.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies that enhance product visibility.
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and industry developments.

Requirements

• Proven experience in direct sales, preferably within technology or software sectors.
• Strong skills in door knocking and lead generation techniques.
• Ability to analyze market data and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective customer engagement.
• Experience in retail sales is a plus, along with a solid understanding of customer service principles.
