• Engage with prospective clients via phone, email, and other channels to introduce Solidify USA's solutions.
• Identify client needs and qualify opportunities to pass along to senior team members.
• Learn and master our sales tools and techniques to build a strong pipeline of leads.
• Collaborate with senior consultants to develop sales strategies and improve client conversion rates.
• Maintain accurate records of activity and progress in our CRM system.
• Stay up-to-date on our service offerings, market trends, and client success stories.

What You Bring

• 0-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a client-facing role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A go-getter attitude with the resilience to handle objections and stay motivated.
• Willingness to learn and take direction in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
• Interest in sales, finance, fintech, or B2B markets.
