Qvale Auto Group dealership, is seeking a leader to fill the Office Manager role. This individual organizes and monitors office operations and procedures such as bookkeeping, filing systems, requisition of supplies, and other clerical services. Maximizes office productivity through proficient use of appropriate software applications. Completes all accounting functions including but not limited to:

• New and used car deals
• A/P, A/R
• Bank Reconciliations
• Month End Review
• Have knowledge of all cashiering functions.
• Prepare daily management report.
• Reviews dealership accounts receivable on an ongoing basis and is responsible for implementation of the collectibles.
• Maintain a clean and accurate set of accounting records.
• Make sure all paperwork flows smoothly on a daily basis.
• Make sure all accounting is entered into the computer system.
• Provide assistance as needed.
• Reviews clerical activity for accuracy, and timeliness.
• Review all accounting schedules with General Manager before month-end close.
• Performs other related duties as requested or assigned.
