A trendy Y2K designer brand outlet in Downtown Los Angeles is looking for full-time and part-time Retail Sales Associates to join our team! Who We're Looking For: * Retail sales experience required * Strong social media presence preferred * Background in fashion with experience in styling or merchandising * Experience with visual merchandising and store displays * Outgoing personality with a customer-focused mindset * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment * Comfortable creating TikTok and Instagram Reels to market the store and showcase merchandise Responsibilities: * Greet and engage with every customer, creating a welcoming experience * Maintain store organization and merchandising standards * Keep displays fresh, attractive, and on-brand * Create and post TikTok/Instagram Reels to promote the store and products * Provide styling assistance and fashion insights to customers * Build and develop customer relationships to drive sales * Assist with store upkeep to ensure a visually appealing space If you love fashion, content creation, and customer interaction, we'd love to hear from you!
