Le Bustiere Boutique in Bethesda, MD is looking for one bra fitter and sales associate to join our 4 person strong team. We are located at 7809 Woodmont Ave Suite 100. Our ideal candidate is attentive, punctual, and engaged. Responsibilities Working closely with customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about our products and recommend the right solutions. You should also be able to promptly resolve customer complaints and ensure maximum client satisfaction. *Bra fitting and lingerie styling *Merchandising *Social media marketing *Experience with CRM or POS software. *Use judgment to solve customer problems *Maintains scheduling commitments *Strong communication and interpersonal skills *Customer-Centric Mindset. *Deep knowledge in product or inventory. *Genuine enthusiasm for the company and products. * Qualifications *Sales experience *Lingerie sales a plus *Friendly and outgoing personality *Excellent verbal and written communication skills *Adaptability *Problem solver *Organization We are looking forward to hearing from you. Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $17.00 - $20.00/hour.
