Location: Los Angeles, California Job Type: Contract Compensation Range: $40 - 45 per hour We're looking for a sharp, creative-minded Junior Account Manager to serve as the vital link between our internal creative team and our partners. In this role, you'll help translate business goals into creative solutions, ensuring campaigns are strategically sound, on-brand, and delivered on time. You'll guide conversations, manage expectations, and keep projects running smoothly from intake through execution. What You'll Do: * Serve as the first point of contact for new projects, gathering information and aligning on goals and resources. * Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. * Help develop campaign strategies and translate them into actionable creative briefs. * Present ideas and concepts, ensuring they align with key objectives, KPIs, and brand guidelines. * Partner closely with project managers to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of all creative assets. * Keep all parties informed of project status, scope changes, or potential roadblocks. * Manage documentation, timelines, and internal communications to ensure alignment throughout the process. * Champion process and accountability across teams to drive efficiency and clarity. Responsibilities: * A strategic mindset with a passion for turning insights into impactful creative work. * Strong communication and presentation skills-clear, persuasive, and collaborative. * A working understanding of client needs, creative workflows, and how to balance the two effectively. * Comfort working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with shifting priorities. * An action-oriented, organized approach to problem-solving and follow-through. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field. * 2-3 years in an account management or client services role, preferably within a creative or advertising environment. * Familiarity with integrated marketing campaigns across channels (digital, print, social, etc.). * Experience managing budgets, timelines, and project scope. * Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
