Benefits: * Incentives * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Employee discounts * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Job Summary: The Sales Representative for Wine products, will sell and provide guidance about products needed by grocers, restaurants, bars, clubs etc. This position requires a self-motivator who works well on their own. This position plays a key role in the growth of our wholesale business. Selling and proven selling skills is a must. CRM experience preferred but not needed. This position will require a large territory to be covered, and travel will be required. The Territory is San Diego County and Orange County. Supervisory Responsibilities: * None. Duties/Responsibilities include but are not limited to: * Develops and maintains relationships with potential and existing clients in a wine distribution field. * Identifies and locates new clients through a variety of methods including networking and cold calls. * Develops and implements strategies for sales in San Diego and Orange County. * Applies knowledge of the field and product features to match products to the needs of clients. * Answers inquiries from clients concerning products, their uses, and the industry at large. * Provides information, quotes, credit terms, and other bid specifications to clients. * Negotiates prices, terms of sales, and/or service agreements. * Collaborates with route departments, managers, and other staff to confirm that orders are processed with accuracy and efficiency and that products are distributed properly. * Periodically prepares and reports results, status of accounts, and leads to manager. * Performs other duties as assigned. * Merchandises holiday decor is existing accounts. _Required Skills/Abilities: * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Excellent sales and negotiation skills. * Thorough understanding of technical or scientific products to be sold. * Organized with attention to detail. * Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients. * Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. * Proficient in using a CRM. _Physical Requirements: * Prolonged periods of driving. * Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds at times (wine cases). * Travel to meet with clients. * Pour wine/tastings.
