Overview We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. This role is essential in enhancing our brand's online presence and engaging with our audience across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, social media management, and e-commerce trends, along with the ability to create compelling content that resonates with our target audience. Some other important factors of the job would be understanding of taking product photos, dealing with customers, and some product production in the shop. Duties * Develop and implement innovative social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement. * Manage and curate content across multiple social media platforms, ensuring consistency in messaging and branding. * Utilize social listening tools to monitor trends, conversations, and customer feedback to inform content creation. * Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging advertising campaigns that drive traffic and conversions. * Create and edit high-quality visual content, including graphics and videos, using Adobe Creative Suite. * Conduct regular analysis of social media performance metrics to optimize strategies and report on results. * Build and maintain relationships with influencers and key stakeholders within the industry. * Proofread all content for accuracy, clarity, and adherence to brand guidelines before publication. * Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing, e-commerce, and social media best practices. Qualifications * Proven experience in digital marketing or a related field with a focus on social media management. * Strong skills in social listening, relationship management, and advertising strategies. * Proficiency in video editing and graphic design using Adobe Creative Suite is highly desirable. * Experience in photography is a plus for creating original visual content. * Excellent written communication skills with strong proofreading abilities. * Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously. * A passion for staying current with industry trends and emerging technologies in social media.
